EIT - Food Mission Resource Pack

SRUC Modern Apprenticeship - Food and Drink Operations (Production and Processing Skills)
Scotland’s food and drink sector is composed of many smaller businesses that rely on traditional or craft skills to create products of provenance. This course will allow you to demonstrate competence in job-related skills in your particular area of work and expertise within the food and drink manufacturing and processing industry.
